The GuardsPro Admin Mobile App allows administrators and supervisors to monitor security operations, review reports, manage activities, and stay connected with guards while on the go.
This guide provides an overview of the app's main navigation options and key features, helping you manage operations remotely and stay up to date with guard activities, workforce status, and important operational events.
Before using the GuardsPro Admin Mobile App, ensure that:
- You have an active GuardsPro account with access to the Back Office Dashboard.
- Your administrator or supervisor profile has been created and configured.
- The GuardsPro Admin Mobile App is installed on your mobile device.
- You have your login credentials available. Use the same username and password that you use to access the GuardsPro Dashboard through a web browser.

Step 1: Log In to the Admin Mobile App
Download and install the GuardsPro Admin App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Once installed, open the app to access the login screen.
π Enter your registered administrator or back-office user credentials (Your username and password here are the same credentials you use to access the GuardsPro dashboard via web browser), then tap Sign In to access the app.
After signing in, you will be directed to the Home screen, where you can view and manage the company account(s) assigned to your user profile.
Step 2: Navigate the Home Screen
The Home Screen provides a centralized view of your security operations, allowing you to quickly monitor key information across your organization. It displays important metrics such as the total number of Clients, Post Sites, Active Security Guards, and Back Office Users. You can also view daily guard activities, including check-ins, clock-ins, and other operational updates.
Depending on your assigned permissions, the Home Screen may also display:
Live Tracker : Live Tracker allows you to view guards' real-time locations on a map, monitor active guards on duty, switch between map views (Roadmap, Satellite, Hybrid, and Terrain), control live tracking, and zoom in or out for better visibility.

Time Clock : Displays guards who are currently clocked in, including their name, clock-in time, post site, and shift type. Scroll through the list to view additional active entries.
Note: Entries are removed once a guard clocks out. Checked-In Guards : Displays recent guard check-in records, including the guard name, post site, and check-in date and time. Tap an entry to view details, or select View All to access the complete Check In/Out Report and apply filters as needed.

Checked-Out Guards : Displays when guards have checked out from the post sites includes guards name, Post site name, checked out date and time details on the screen. You can view all the list to view the additional active check in entries and screen will open it with checked in/out reports page.
Latest Incidents : Displays recent incident reports, including the incident date, time, post site, guard name, incident type, and status.

Standard Reports : Displays recent Hourly and Custom Reports submitted by guards, including the post site, guard name, report type, submission date and time, and status. Tap an entry to view details, or select View All to access all reports and apply filters to find specific records.
Site Tour Reports: Displays recent site tours completed by guards, including the post site, guard name, tour details, and the number of scanned and missed tags.
This overview helps administrators and supervisors stay informed about workforce status, ongoing activities, and the overall performance of security operations across all post sites.
Step 3: Update your profile and explore the Side Menu
Tap the Menu icon (β°) in the top-left corner of the screen to open the Side Menu. This menu provides quick access to key features, account settings, and support resources.
Update Your Profile
The Profile Settings section allows you to personalize your account and manage your preferences. You can:
- Update your settings including profile picture, edit your contact information, including your phone number.
- Customize the app's appearance.
- Enable additional security features for enhanced account protection.
Company & Reports
- Select Company β Switch between the companies you have access to.
- Reports β Access and review reports generated within your account.
Support Options
- Email Support β Contact the GuardsPro Support Team directly.
- Help Center β Browse user guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
- Feedback β Share your suggestions and experience with the app.
- Share App β Invite others to use GuardsPro.
Additional Options

- Log Out β Securely sign out of your account.

Step 4 : Access Activities
Tap the Activity option from the bottom navigation bar to view security activities occurring across your organization.
The Activity section allows you to monitor:
- Guard check-ins and check-outs
- Site tour activities
- Incident reports
- Task completion updates
- DAR (Daily Activity Report) submissions
- Panic button alerts
- Watch mode activities
- Other guard-related events
This section provides real-time visibility into ongoing operations and recent activity logs.
Step 5 : Access Reports
Tap the Reports option from the bottom navigation bar to access reports generated within your GuardsPro account.
The available report categories include:

General Reports β View operational reports such as Check In/Out Reports, Site Tour Reports, Task Reports, DAR Reports, Vehicle Patrol Reports, and Checklist Reports.

Standard Reports β Access predefined or custom reports for common security events, such as Hourly Reports, Suspicious Activity, and Vandalism.

Incident Reports β Review and document security incidents, including General Incidents, Detailed Incidents, Break-Ins, and any custom incident reports.
Log Reports β Access activity logs such as Passdown Logs, Watch Mode Logs, Tour Checkpoint Logs, Guard Idle Logs, Panic Button Logs, Geofence Logs, Guard/Device Fall Alert Logs, Post Orders Acknowledgments, Documents & Policies Acknowledgments, and License Logs.
