How to select a company on the GuardsPro Admin App?

The GuardsPro Admin App allows administrators and managers to select a company after logging into the app. If a user has access to multiple companies or different branches within their security organization, they can easily switch between them using a single login. 

Selecting the appropriate company ensures that users can access company-specific guard activities, reports, and operational data based on their assigned permissions. This feature simplifies the management of multiple organizations while helping users view accurate and relevant information for the selected company.

✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to select a company on the GuardsPro Admin App:

Step 1: Open the Company Selection Screen

From the Home screen, tap the three-line menu (☰) located in the top-left corner, then select the "Select Company" option from the navigation menu.

Now, next you’ll see a list of available companies, such as:

• Demo Secure Company
• Demo Security Services- DSS

Each company name appears with a circular company logo. Simply select the company you want to proceed and that's it. 

Step 2: View Company Information

Before selecting a company, you can view additional details by tapping the "i" (Information) icon next to the company name.

The Company Details screen displays important information about the selected organization, including the company name, logo, phone number, email address, and office address.

This will allow users to quickly access contact and company information directly from the app.

Step 3: Choose Your Company

Now, if you are switching between multiple companies than an confirmation dialog will appear asking 

“Are you sure you want to select [Company Name] Demo as your company?”

You’ll see two options:

• Cancel – Return to the previous screen.
• Confirm – Proceed to select the company.

Once confirmed, the GuardsPro Admin App will load the dashboard and all data associated with the selected company. You can then begin managing your operations.
