The Panic Button Logs report allows administrators and supervisors to track panic alerts triggered by security guards. It helps monitor emergency situations, review response activities, and maintain accurate records of alert events across all post sites.
The report includes key details such as the date and time the alert was triggered, the guard's name, and the post site where the panic alert was activated. Tap any log entry to view additional details.

Step 1: Access Reports
Open the GuardsPro Admin App and navigate to the Reports section from the bottom navigation bar.
Step 2: Access Panic Button Logs
Next, the screen will display several report categories, including General Reports, Incident Reports, Standard Reports, and Log Reports.
Scroll down to the Log Reports section and select Panic Button logs Report. This report allows you to view the logs of panic button pressed during emergency by the guard during their scheduled shift or patrol.
Step 3: View logs of panic button pressed by guards.
The next screen displays a list of the most recent panic button logs submitted by the guards during their assigned shifts or patrol.
You can scroll through the list to review additional records.
Step 4: Apply Filters to Refine Reports
To view specific post site or guards data, tap the Filter icon at the top‑right corner of the screen.
The Panic Button Logs panel will appear, allowing you to customize your search.
Fill in the following fields:
Client – Select the client name.
Post Site – Choose the post site you want to review.
Guard – Select one or multiple guards.
From Date & Time – Set the start date and time.
To Date & Time – Set the end date and time.
Show Archived Data – Check this box to include archived guard names in the guard list, which will help you retrieve reports for archived guards.
Additionally, to quickly locate a specific entry, use the available tools:
Search Report – Enter a guard name, client, or post site in the search bar to find a specific report.
Step 5: Manage the logs
The Action button at the top‑left corner allows you to manage multiple records efficiently. You can:
Select All – Choose all entries at once.
Delete – Remove selected acknowledgement records.
