The Tour Checkpoint Logs feature in the GuardsPro Admin App allows administrators and supervisors to review checkpoint scans completed by guards during site tours. These logs provide a detailed record of each checkpoint visit, helping you verify patrol completion, monitor guard activity, and maintain accountability across your security operations.
Using the Tour Checkpoint Logs section, you can:
View checkpoint scan records and timestamps
Track guard patrol activity across post sites
Review checkpoint details and tag types (QR, NFC, Virtual Tags, or BLE Beacons)
Access GPS location data, notes, and images submitted during scans
Search and filter logs by date range, guard, client, or post site
Monitor patrol compliance and ensure checkpoints are being completed as scheduled
✅ Follow the steps below to view and manage Tour Checkpoint Logs in the GuardsPro Admin App.
Step 1: Access the Reports Section
Once you have logged in to the Admin App, tap the Reports icon located in the bottom navigation menu on the Home screen.
Step 2: Access the Tour checkpoint logs
Next, the screen will display several report categories, including General Reports, Incident Reports, Standard Reports, and Log Reports.
Scroll down to the Log Reports section and select tour checkpoint logs. This report allows you to view the detailed information about the scanned tags on the assigned post site.
Step 3: Review Tour Checkpoint Logs
The next screen displays a list of the most recent tour checkpoint logs, including the Scan Date/Time, Tour Name, Post Site, Guard Name, and Checkpoint Details.
You can scroll through the list to review additional records. To quickly locate a specific entry, use the available search and filter options:
- Search Report – Enter a guard name, client name, or post site name in the search bar to find a specific checkpoint log.
- Filter – Tap the Filter button to narrow the results based on criteria such as date range, client, post site, or guard.
These tools make it easier to find and review specific tour checkpoint records.
After applying filters, the screen will display only the records that match your selected criteria.
To view additional details, tap any checkpoint log in the list. The selected record displays comprehensive information, including:
Scan Date and Time
Tour Name (if the checkpoint was scanned as part of an assigned site tour)
Post Site Name
Guard Name
Checkpoint Name
Tag Type (QR Code, NFC Tag, Virtual Tag, or BLE Beacon)
GPS Location (if enabled)
Device Battery Status
Notes and Images submitted by the guard (if available)
To manage an individual checkpoint log, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the screen. From there, you can delete the selected log if necessary.
Step 4: Manage Tour Checkpoint Logs
The Action option allows you to manage multiple checkpoint logs at once.
To delete a single log, open the record and tap Delete.
To delete multiple logs, tap Action, select the desired records (or tap Select All), and then tap Delete.
That's it! By following these steps, you can easily review Tour Checkpoint Logs, verify that checkpoints have been scanned by assigned guards, and monitor patrol activity across your security sites.
