How to update your profile on the GuardsPro Admin App?

The Profile Setting feature in the GuardsPro Admin App allows you to manage your personal information and customize your account preferences easily. From updating your name and contact details to adjusting app appearance and language, everything is designed to make your experience smooth and personalized.

✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to create a profile on the Guardspro admin app: 

Step 1: Access Profile Settings

Log in to the GuardsPro Admin App. Tap the Profile icon located in the top-right corner of the home screen.

Step 2: View Your Profile

On the next screen, you’ll find several options neatly organized under different sections:

• Profile– Option to manage your profile details.
• Passcode & Fingerprint – Option to setup up Passcode & Fingerprint for secure access.
• Appearance – Option to customize the app’s theme and visual style for a personalized look.

These settings help you tailor the GuardsPro Admin App to your preferences while maintaining account security and ease of use.

To update the profile, tap on Profile to open your personal information page.

You’ll see:

• Profile Picture

• Full Name

• Email Address

• Phone Number

This section displays your current details and gives you the option to edit them anytime. A green check mark next to your profile reflects that your account is verified.

Step 3: Edit Profile Information

Tap the Edit icon to update your details. You can modify:

• Full Name – Enter your correct name.
• Email Address – (Please note: the email address cannot be edited from within the app.)
• Phone Number – Add or change your contact number. (A verification code will be sent via SMS to the provided number. You must enter this code to verify and complete the update.)
• Profile Image – Tap the profile picture area to upload or change your image. Select a photo from your device gallery or capture a new one using your camera.

After entering the new information or updating your image, tap Update. Once saved, you’ll see a confirmation message: ✅ “Profile updated successfully!”
