The Activity section in the GuardsPro Admin App is designed to give administrators and managers a clear, real‑time view of everything happening across their security operations. It consolidates guard movements, patrol updates, reports, and alerts into one streamlined timeline, ensuring that no detail is missed. By centralizing this information, the Activity tab helps you quickly identify who performed an action, when it occurred, and what type of activity it was.
Whether you’re overseeing a single site or managing multiple clients, this feature provides transparency, accountability, and efficiency — making it easier to monitor operations, respond to incidents, and maintain complete control over your security network.
✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to check activity on the GuardsPro Admin App:
Step 1: Access the Activity Tab
From the bottom navigation bar, tap Activity.
Each entry is neatly organized by Date and Day and includes:
Guard name and profile photo
Type of activity (e.g., Check‑In, Check‑Out, Report Submitted, Site Tour Started/Ended, Time Off Request)
Timestamp showing when the activity occurred
👉 When you tap an entry related to a report — such as Check‑In/Out, Site Tour Reports, Task Reports, DAR Reports, Vehicle Patrol Reports, Checklist Reports, Incident Reports, or Standard Reports — the app automatically opens the corresponding report page for detailed review.
This structured timeline allows you to instantly identify what’s happening, where, and who’s involved.
Step 2: Refine Your View with Filters
Tap the three‑dot menu at the top‑right corner and select Filter to open the Activity Filter panel. This feature helps you narrow down results and focus on specific activities.
You can filter by:
Client – View activities for one or multiple clients.
Post Site – Select the site you want to review.
Guard – Focus on a particular guard’s actions.
Type – Choose the type of activity (e.g., Check‑In, Report, Battery Alert).
Date & Time Range – Define a start and end period to view activities within a specific timeframe.
Show Archived Data – Check this box to include archived guard names in the guard list, which will help you retrieve reports for archived guards.
Once you’ve selected your filters, tap Apply to view results instantly.
Step 3: Manage and Organize Activity
After applying filters, the app displays a customized list of activities based on your selections. To keep your feed organized, tap All Read from the menu to mark all activities as read.
Whenever updates are made, a green confirmation message appears:
✅ Updated successfully.
This message not only confirms that your changes have been saved but also indicates that the unread activity count has been refreshed to reflect the latest updates.
This ensures your activity feed remains clean, accurate, and up to date.
✨ That’s it! The Activity section is designed to simplify operational monitoring. It gives administrators and managers a transparent, real‑time view of guard movements, patrols, and reports — enabling quick decision‑making and efficient coordination.
By centralizing all updates in one place, GuardsPro ensures that your security management remains proactive, reliable, and fully informed.
