Post Orders contain important site-specific instructions that guide security operations and define the duties and responsibilities of security guards. GuardsPro allows administrators to create and update Post Orders from the dashboard, making them instantly available to guards assigned to the relevant post site.
The Post Order Acknowledgment report helps ensure that guards have reviewed and acknowledged these instructions. By tracking acknowledgments, administrators can verify that guards are informed of their responsibilities, site procedures, and any operational updates, promoting accountability and effective site management.
