The Geofencing feature in GuardsPro helps monitor guard movements and improve site security by creating virtual boundaries around post sites. When geofence notifications are enabled, the system records guard entry and exit activities for review.
Geofence Logs provide details such as the client, post site, guard, geofence location, and entry/exit date and time.
Before accessing or reviewing Geofence Logs on the Admin App, make sure that:
You have access to the GuardsPro Back Office Dashboard.
Your user role has the required permissions to view Reports and Geofence Logs.
A geofence has been created for the assigned post site.
The “Notify when guard enters or exits the geofence” setting is enabled in the Back Office Dashboard web portal.
Location services are enabled on the guard’s mobile device to accurately record entry and exit activities.
Guards are properly clocked in to their assigned post site.
