The Dashboard is the first screen displayed after logging in to the GuardsPro Admin App. It provides a centralized overview of your security operations, including the total number of Clients, Post Sites, Active Security Guards, and Back Office Team Members. The Dashboard also displays daily guard activity, such as guard check-ins and clock-ins, helping you stay informed about ongoing operations.
It will help administrators monitor operations, track guard attendance, view real-time guard locations, and access key information quickly without generating reports.

Home Screen Overview
Once you log in to the Admin App, the Dashboard/Home screen will be displayed, which provides a quick overview of your security operations through a set of informative widgets.
At the top of the Dashboard, your company name, such as Demo Security Services - DSS, is displayed along with key operational widgets that provide a quick overview of important data and daily activities.
Clients – Displays the total number of clients configured in your account.
Post Sites – Shows the total number of active post sites being managed in the system.
Security Guards – Displays the total number of security guards added to your account.
Back Office Team – Shows the number of back-office users who are active in your company.
Checked-In – Displays the number of guards who have checked in for their shifts today.
Clocked-In – Shows the number of guards who are currently clocked in and actively working.
Live Tracker
The Live Tracker section enables administrators and managers to monitor guard locations in real time.
With Live Tracker, you can:
View guards' current locations on the map.
Monitor active guards while they are on duty.
Switch between different map views using the Map Type dropdown menu, including: Roadmap, Satellite, Hybrid, Terrain
Enable or disable live tracking using the Tracking Toggle button.
Zoom in or out of the map for a more detailed view of guard locations.
Note: To view a guard's location in Live Tracker, the guard must be clocked in, GPS tracking must be enabled from the guard's settings available on your dashboard account, Location permissions must be granted on the guard's device, GPS/location services must be enabled, and an internet connection must be active on the guard's device.
Note: If any of these requirements are not met, the guard's location will not be displayed.
Further, the screen provides a quick summary of key operational data, including:
Time Clock
This section displays details of all guards who are currently clocked in to their assigned post sites. The information shown includes the guard's name, clock-in time, post site name, and shift type (whether the shift was started manually or through a scheduled shift). You can scroll through the list to view additional active clock-in entries.
Note: Once a guard clocks out of their shift, their clock-in entry will no longer be displayed in this section.
Checked-Ins / Checked-Outs
Displays the most recent check-in and check-out events, including the guard's name, post site, and the corresponding date and time. Tap on View All to open the Check In/Out Reports page, where you can access all records and use the available filters to generate reports based on your requirements.
Latest Incidents & Standard Reports
Displays the most recent Incident Reports and Standard Reports submitted by guards. Each entry includes the post site name, guard name, report type, submission date and time, and the report status (Approved or Pending). Tap on View All to open the corresponding Incident Reports or Standard Reports page, where you can browse all reports and use the available filters to locate specific records.
Latest Site Tours
Displays the most recent Site Tours completed by guards across your post sites. Each entry includes the tour name, post site name, guard name, completion date and time, and the number of tags missed. Tap on View All to open the Site Tours page, where you can browse all completed tours to view the details and use the available filters to locate specific tour records.

Dashboard information updates dynamically based on system activity.
Counts and statistics displayed may vary depending on user permissions and account configuration.
The Live Tracker only displays guards whose location services and tracking permissions are enabled.
