If your GuardsPro subscription has been canceled or has expired, you can easily reactivate it at any time directly from your Super Admin account.
Once your subscription is reactivated, full access to all premium features included in your selected plan will be restored—such as guard management, reporting, site tours, incident reports, real-time tracking, and Back Office controls. All your existing data, company settings, and configurations will remain securely stored, allowing you to continue your operations seamlessly without creating a new account.
✅Follow the steps below to resume your GuardsPro subscription from the back office dashboard :
Log in to your GuardsPro Back Office Dashboard using your Super Admin account.
Navigate to Settings → Subscription. On the Subscription page, you will see your plan details, including the number of users added, account creation date, and current subscription status.
Click Manage Subscription, then select Resume Subscription to continue.
Note : Before proceeding, please review your current subscription plan to ensure it meets your requirements. Also, update or reconfirm your payment information to enable automatic invoice payments and avoid future interruptions.
Once the new payment details added, your subscription will be reactivated immediately, and full access to your account will be restored.
From the same screen, you can manage your subscriptions and enable or disable any modules based on your company’s requirements.
