How to change quantity of SMS Engine on the Back Office Dashboard?

The SMS Engine allows you and your team to instantly receive selected notifications via SMS on your mobile phones

If SMS notifications have stopped, your company may have reached its monthly SMS limit. You can review your current limit and increase it as needed from the Back Office Dashboard to continue receiving SMS notifications.

📌 Before You Begin

• Make sure you are logged in to the Super Admin account, as only the Super Admin can manage subscriptions and add module settings.

• Ensure the SMS Engine module is active on your account.

• Check your current monthly SMS limit before making any changes.

• By default, the SMS Engine is configured with a limit of 1,000 SMS per month for new clients.

• Once the monthly SMS limit is reached, SMS notifications will stop being sent. 

• A notification will also appear at the top of your Back Office Dashboard to alert you that the SMS limit has been reached. 

• SMS notifications will resume once the monthly limit is increased.

✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to update the monthly SMS limit in GuardsPro:

🧭 Step 1: Open Subscription Settings

1. Log in to the GuardsPro Back Office Dashboard using your Super Admin account.

2. Click your company name in the top-right corner.

3. Select Subscription from the dropdown menu.

📋 Step 2: Open the Modules Section

4. On the Subscription page, select Modules.
5. Locate the SMS Engine module.
6. Click Change Quantity option, clicking on it will allow you to change the number of SMS that your company wants to receive per month.

🔢 Step 3: Update the SMS Quantity

1. Select the number of SMS messages you want your company to receive each month.
2. Review the selected quantity and click Submit to save the changes.

Once the SMS limit is updated, the new limit will apply to your account, allowing SMS notifications to continue based on the selected monthly quantity.

💳 📌 Important Note

Once the SMS quantity is updated, charges for the SMS Engine module will be adjusted automatically based on the selected limit in the subscription.
