We do not believe in tying the customer with long-term contracts and that is the reason we charge on a monthly basis which means you can cancel your service anytime.
To cancel the subscription, click on your company name in the top right corner of the dashboard and select Subscription.
On the Subscription tab, you have the details of your subscription. Click on Manage Subscription, and you will find the two options:
Pause Subscription: Pausing your subscription allows you to keep your account data, settings, and configurations intact without being billed during the selected pause period. While your subscription is paused, access to the platform and its data will be unavailable until the subscription is resumed.
Note: Subscriptions can be paused for a maximum of six (6) months. At the end of the selected pause period, the subscription will automatically resume and regular billing will continue.So, please ensure that you pause your subscription before your next invoice is generated and the new billing cycle begins. Once an invoice has been generated and paid, no credits or refunds will be provided for pausing the subscription afterward.
- Cancel Subscription : To cancel the subscription, simply click on Cancel Subscription and Confirm.
Note: Please be informed that as per our terms and condition if an account is canceled or paused during the billing period, no credit will be applied to the account for the remaining portion of that billing cycle.
