GuardsPro offers flexible subscription options based on the number of active users and the modules enabled on your account.
You can choose between Monthly and Yearly subscription plans based on your business needs. With the Yearly plan, your subscription is billed annually, and you receive a 15% discount on the selected plan, along with 15% off on eligible add-on modules
📌 Before You Begin
Make sure you are logged in to your Super Admin account, as only the Super Admin can manage subscription settings.
- Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full year. Before switching to an annual plan, review your subscription plan, active users, and enabled add-on modules. Your annual invoice will be generated based on these selections at the time you make the plan change.
- Please review the charges displayed on the confirmation screen before completing the switch to the Yearly plan.
✅Follow the steps below to upgrade your GuardsPro subscription to a Yearly plan:
🧭 Step 1: Open the Subscription Page
Log in to your GuardsPro Back Office Dashboard.
Click your company name in the top-right corner.
Select Subscription from the dropdown menu.
⚙️ Step 2: Select the Yearly Plan
On the Subscription page, you can view your current subscription details and available billing options.
- Click Yearly to switch to an annual subscription.
- Review the available plans:
- Essential
- Advance
- Professional
- Select the plan that best suits your company's requirements.
- Click Buy under the selected plan.
✅ Step 3: Confirm the Subscription Change
A Confirm Subscription Changes window will appear, displaying the amount to be charged immediately along with the applicable subscription terms. Please review these details carefully before confirming the changes.
Review the charge amount, proration details, and terms and conditions carefully. Once confirmed, click Confirm to complete the subscription change.
💡 Important Note
Before proceeding, carefully review the charges displayed on the confirmation screen. Once the plan change is confirmed, the charges are non-refundable.
If you later switch back to the Monthly plan, any prorated credit for the unused period will be applied to your future billing.
