How to upgrade your GuardsPro subscription to a Yearly Plan?

GuardsPro offers flexible subscription options based on the number of active users and the modules enabled on your account.

You can choose between Monthly and Yearly subscription plans based on your business requirements. By choosing the Yearly plan, you can receive a 15% discount on the standard plan, along with 15% off on eligible add-on modules.

📌 Before You Begin

✅Follow the steps below to upgrade your GuardsPro subscription to a Yearly plan:

🧭 Step 1: Open the Subscription Page

1. Log in to your GuardsPro Back-Office Dashboard.

2. Click your company name in the top-right corner.

3. Select Subscription from the dropdown menu.

⚙️ Step 2: Select the Yearly Plan

On the Subscription page, you can view your current subscription details and available billing options.

1. Click Yearly to switch to an annual subscription.
2. Review the available plans:
   • Essential
   • Advance
   • Professional
3. Select the plan that best suits your company's requirements.
4. Click Buy under the selected plan.

✅ Step 3: Confirm the Subscription Change

A Confirm Subscription Changes window will appear showing the amount to be charged and the applicable subscription terms.

Review the charge amount, proration details, and terms and conditions carefully. Once confirmed, click Confirm to complete the subscription change.
