Make sure you are logged in to your Super Admin account, as only the Super Admin/Account Owner can manage subscription settings.

During the trial period, all add-on modules are enabled by default. Before confirming your upgrade, review your selected subscription plan, active users, enabled add-on modules, and applicable pricing.

Step 1: Open the Subscription Page

To take advantage of the discount offer, you can access the Subscription page using either of the following options:

Click your company name in the top-right corner and select Subscription from the dropdown menu.
Alternatively, click “Special Offer – Upgrade Now” option next to your company name in the top-right corner, and you will be redirected to the Subscription page.

Step 2: Review Your Subscription Details

On the Subscription page, you will be directed to the Subscription Details section.

Here, you can review your:

Current subscription plan
Billing details
Number of active users

Under the pricing section, review the available subscription plans, such as Essential, Advanced, or Professional.

Choose the plan that best meets your business requirements and click the corresponding Buy [Plan Name] button.

Note: Review the plan features, number of users, and add-on modules before continuing to make sure you select the right subscription for your business.

Step 3: Review the Subscription Change

After selecting your plan, click the highlighted Click Here option above your subscription details to continue.
