How to add and manage payment methods in the Back Office Dashboard?

GuardsPro offers flexible payment options to help you manage your subscription easily. You can pay using a credit card, debit card, or other available payment methods that support recurring payments. You can also add multiple payment methods to your account and select one as the default payment method for subscription payments.

📌 Before You Begin

• Make sure you have logged in to the Super Admin account, as only the Super Admin can manage subscription settings.

• Have a valid credit or debit card that supports recurring payments.

• Make sure your payment method is valid, up to date, and set as the default payment method to help avoid payment issues when your subscription resumes.

✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to add and manage payment cards in the Back Office Dashboard:

🧭 Step 1: Open the Subscription Page

1. Log in to your GuardsPro Back Office Dashboard.
2. Click your company name in the top-right corner.
3. Select Subscription from the dropdown menu.

💳 Step 2: Open Payment Methods

1. On the Subscription page, select Payment Methods.
2. You can view all payment methods currently saved to your account.

Note: The payment method marked Default will be used to process your subscription payments.

➕ Step 3: Add a New Payment Method

1. Click Add Payment Method. 
2. A new page will open with the available payment options. 
3. Select your preferred payment method. 
4. Enter the required payment details and follow the on-screen instructions. 
5. Click Submit to save the payment method. Once successfully added, the new payment method will appear in your Payment Methods list.

⭐ Step 4: Set a Payment Method as Default

If you have multiple payment methods saved, you can select which one should be used for subscription payments.

1. Locate the payment method you want to use.
2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to it.
3. Select Make Default.
4. The selected card will now be used for your subscription payments.

5. If you no longer want to use a saved payment method, select Remove from the three-dot menu.

   Note: Before removing a payment method, make sure you have another valid payment method set as the default to avoid payment failures.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Make sure your default payment method is valid, up to date, and has sufficient funds to help prevent payment failures or interruptions to your subscription.
• Subscription payments are processed using the default payment method only.
• You can save multiple payment methods to your account.
• If your payment method is declined or expired, update it to help avoid payment failures or subscription interruptions.
