How to enable or disable add-on modules on the Back Office Dashboard?

GuardsPro offers a variety of add-on modules that allow you to expand your system based on your business and operational needs. You can enable or disable these modules directly from the Back-Office Dashboard.

Each module has its own pricing and billing terms, giving you flexibility to customize your GuardsPro account based on your requirements.

📌 Before You Begin

• Make sure you are logged in to your Super Admin account, as only the Super Admin/Account Owner can manage subscription settings.

• Review the pricing and billing terms of the module before enabling it.

• Check the applicable charges displayed before confirming the change, as enabling or disabling a module may affect your subscription billing.

• During the trial period, all add-on modules are enabled by default. Before your trial ends, review your enabled modules and disable any that you don’t need to avoid unnecessary charges.

🧭 Step 1: Open the Subscription Page

• Log in to your GuardsPro Back-Office Dashboard.

• Click your company name in the top-right corner.

• Select Subscription from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Open the Modules Tab

From the Subscription submenu, click the Modules tab.

The Modules section displays all add-on modules available for your account, along with their pricing and current status.

Review Module Details

Each module includes the following information:

• Module: Displays the name of the add-on module along with a brief description of its features.

• Price: Displays the applicable cost of the module. Depending on the module, pricing may be:

  • Per User / Per Month

  • Fixed Monthly Rate

• Status: Shows the current status of the module:

  • Active: The module is currently enabled and available for use.

  • Inactive: The module is currently disabled and not available for use.

Step 3: Enable or Disable a Module

To enable or disable an add-on module:

1. Locate the module you want to manage.

2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the module.

3. Select Enable or Disable, depending on the action you want to take.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm the change when prompted.

GuardsPro offers the following add-on modules to help you manage different aspects of your security operations:

• Visitor Manager: Manage and track visitors at your post sites.

• Invoicer: Create estimates and invoices for your customers.

• Dispatcher: Manage and track dispatch calls efficiently.

• SMS Engine: Send SMS notifications using available SMS packages.

• Scheduler: Manage guard schedules, attendance, and time-off requests.

• Payroll: Process and manage guard payroll.

• Vehicle Patrol: Manage and monitor vehicle patrol operations.

• Parking Manager: Manage parking vehicles and parking-related incidents.

• Asset Management: Manage company assets and track inventory assignments.

Step 4: Confirm the Changes

A confirmation window will appear with the applicable subscription details and charges.

Review the information carefully and confirm the changes.

⚠️ Note: Any applicable charges for enabled modules will be reflected in your subscription invoice.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Charges for enabled modules are added to your subscription invoice based on the applicable billing terms.

• Most add-on modules are billed per active user, including both guards and Back-Office users.

• The SMS Engine is billed at a fixed monthly rate based on the selected SMS package.

• Once a module is enabled, it will become available in the corresponding section of your Back-Office Dashboard.

• Before enabling a module, always review the displayed pricing and applicable charges.

• If you enable or disable an add-on module during an active billing cycle, the applicable prorated charge or credit will be calculated based on the remaining period of the billing cycle and adjusted on your next billing invoice.
