The Parking Manager module empowers guards to efficiently manage and monitor vehicles in parking areas and lots. Through the GuardsPro Mobile App, guards can easily add vehicle details manually, ensuring smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and better control over parking spaces.
To get started, log into the guard mobile app and select the Post Site option on the home screen.
Choose your assigned post site and tap Check-In. Once checked in, navigate to Parking Manager.
In the Parking Manager, go to the Vehicles tab.
A list of existing vehicles is displayed on the screen. Tap on any vehicle to view its details and add notes or Report Incidents related to that specific vehicle at the location.
To add a new vehicle, tap on "Add Vehicle" at the bottom of the screen.
Enter the required vehicle details and assign it to a parking lot and a contact if required. Tap Submit to save the vehicle in the Parking Manager.
That’s it! Adding vehicle details in the Parking Manager is quick and easy with the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App.
Also please note that with the scan bar option, vehicles can be searched by scanning their license plates. Please ensure that the license plate number is properly aligned under the scan bar, as the scan will only be successful when it is positioned correctly.
