The License Management feature in the GuardsPro Guard App allows security guards to easily add, upload, and update their professional license information directly from their mobile device.
Keeping your license information up to date helps maintain accurate records, support compliance requirements, and ensures that administrators have access to your current license credentials when needed.
✅ Prerequisites
Before adding or managing a license, make sure:
You have the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App installed on your mobile device.
You are registered with the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App and have joined your employer's account.
You have your valid license details available.
You have clear and readable images of the front and back of your license ready to upload.
The required license types have been added and made available by your administrator or manager.
Important: Only license types configured by your administrator or manager will be available for selection when adding a new license.
✅ Follow the steps below to add a new license or manage an existing license in the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App.
Step 1. Open the Main Menu
Open the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App and log in using your registered credentials.
From the home page, tap the three-line menu (☰) in the top-left corner.
Step 2. Open Settings
From the menu, tap Settings.
Step 3: Open Manage License
Tap on ‘Manage License’ under the account section.
Step 4: Add a New License
Tap Add New License to begin adding your license information.
Enter Your License Details
Enter the required information in the corresponding fields:
License Type – Select the appropriate license type available for your account, such as a Security Guard License, Armed Guard License, Driver's License, or other license types configured by your administrator.
License Number – Enter your valid license number.
License Expiration Date – Select the expiration date shown on your license.
License Images – Upload clear and readable images of both the front and back of your license.
Save the License
Review all the information and uploaded images to make sure they are accurate and complete.
Tap Save to add the license to your account.
Step 5: Manage an Existing License
If a license has already been added to your account, you can update the available license details or delete the license when needed.
✏️ Edit an Existing License
To update an existing license:
Tap the existing license to view its details.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-left corner.
Select Edit.
Update the available license information, such as:
License Number
License Expiration Date
License Images
Tap Save to save your changes.
Important Note: The License Type cannot be edited after the license has been added. If the wrong license type was selected, you may need to delete the existing license and add it again with the correct license type.
🗑️ Delete an Existing License
From the same screen you can permanently remove an existing license:
Select the license you want to remove.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-left corner.
Select Delete.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion.
Important: Make sure you want to delete the license before confirming. Once deleted, the license information and uploaded images may no longer be available in your account.
💡 Important Notes
Make sure all license information is accurate and up to date.
License images should be clear, readable, and fully visible.
Each uploaded license image must not exceed 10 MB.
The License Type cannot be edited after a license has been added.
You can add and manage multiple licenses by selecting Add New License.
If your license has been renewed or replaced, update the existing license information and upload the latest license images.
Deleting a license permanently removes it from your account and may make its information and uploaded images unavailable.
