How to view security team details in the Guard Mobile App?

The Security Team Details feature in the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App allows guards to view information about other team members assigned to the same post site.

Depending on the information enabled by the admin or manager, guards may be able to view the names and contact details of security guards and back office users assigned to the post site. This helps guards communicate with their team members, coordinate daily activities, and stay informed about who is working at the site.

Important: The Security Team option is available in the Guard Mobile App only when it has been enabled by the admin or manager from the Back Office Dashboard.

📌 Prerequisites

Before viewing Security Team Details, make sure:

• The GuardsPro Guard Mobile App is installed on your mobile device.

• You are registered and logged in to the Guard Mobile App.

• You are associated with your employer's GuardsPro account.

• You are assigned to a post site.

• You have checked in to the post site.

• The Security Team feature has been enabled by your admin or manager.

✅ Follow the steps below to view security team details on the  Guard Mobile App.

Step 1. Open the Post Site

Log in to the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App.

From the Home screen, tap Post Site.

Select the post site where you are currently working and check in to the post site.

2. Open Security Team

After checking in, scroll down on the Post Site screen and tap the Security Team icon.

3. View the Security Team List

The Security Team section displays the available team members assigned to the post site.

Depending on the configuration of your account, you may see:

• Back Office Users

• Security Guards

4. View Team Member Details

Tap the name of the Security Guard or Back Office User whose details you want to view.

The available information for that team member will be displayed.

5. Contact a Team Member

If contact information is available, you can use the available contact options to reach the team member directly.

• Email: Tap the email address to open your device’s default email application.

• Phone: Tap the phone number to make a call using your device’s default phone application.

• Message: Tap the Message option to open the available messaging application.

💡 Important Notes

• The Security Team option is available only when enabled by an admin or manager.

• The team members displayed depend on the users and guards assigned to the selected post site.

• The contact information displayed depends on the information made available by the admin or manager.

• You must be checked in to the post site to access the Security Team details.

• Tapping an email address, phone number, or message option may redirect you to the corresponding default application on your mobile device.
