The Security Team Details feature in the Guard Mobile App enables guards to quickly view information about their team members assigned to a specific post site. This section provides visibility into who else is working at the same site, along with their details (such as names and contact information, if enabled by the admin).
By using this feature, guards can enhance communication, improve coordination, and always stay aware of their team members. It also promotes better accountability and teamwork, making daily operations more efficient and organized.
Note: This option is only available in the mobile app if it has been enabled by the admin or manager from the Back Office Dashboard.
✅Here's a step by step instruction to view security team details in the Mobile App.
Once logged into the app, select the Post Site option next to the Home option. After checking into the post site, scroll down and select the Security Team icon.
You will see an available list of Back Office Users and Security guards.
Click on the respective Back Office User or Security Guard to view their contact details.
Note: By clicking on the available email, phone number, or message details, the page will redirect to your device’s default application, allowing you to directly send a message or make a call to the respective contact.
