How to start checklists in the Guard Mobile App?

In the Guards Mobile App, assigned checklists are essential tools that ensure guards consistently follow site-specific protocols, complete their daily duties, and submit accurate, time-stamped reports.
Administrators and managers can create customized checklists tailored to specific posts, shifts, or guard roles, and assign them accordingly from the Back Office Dashboard. 

Guards can easily view and complete these checklists within the mobile app in just a few simple steps.

Assigned checklists based on scheduled posts or shifts, the system ensures tasks remain relevant and promotes accountability. Submitting your completed assigned checklist instantly from the app ensures your supervisor receives timely and accurate reports.

✅Here’s a step-by-step instruction to start checklists in the Guard Mobile app.

Once logged into the app, select the Post Site option next to the Home option. After checking into the post site, scroll down and select the Checklists icon.

View Assigned Checklists: After check-in, the guard can see all the checklists associated with the post site.

Select a Checklist: Tap on a specific checklist to open and view its items.

Click on a specific checklist item to add notes; guards can include supporting comments or details for each item as needed.

Also you can add the following in addition to the notes by clicking on the + icon at the bottom right corner.

• Recorded audio 
• Images 
• Video clips.

Once one or all checklist items are completed, simply click “Mark Completed” to submit the assigned checklist.

This streamlined process ensures that guards can efficiently document their tasks and keep the backend team informed in real time.
