How to view the latest activities in the Guard Mobile App?

The Activity feature in the GuardsPro mobile app serves as a real-time notification center for security guards, keeping them informed and on track throughout their shifts. Designed to streamline communication and improve operational efficiency, this feature delivers instant alerts related to critical updates and reminders.

Guards receive timely notifications for a variety of essential events, including:

• Shift Start/End Alerts –when a shift is about to begin or end, ensuring punctuality.
• License Expiration Notices – Advance alerts to renew expiring certifications or licenses, helping maintain compliance.
• Task and Tour Notifications – Immediate updates when a new task is assigned or a patrol or a tour is about to begin, enabling guards to act promptly.
• Custom Alerts – Flexible notifications based on specific operational needs or company requirements.
• Open/Standard Shift Assigned Alert - Real time notifications when an Open or Standard shift is assigned to a guard.
• Dispatch Tickets Assigned Alert - Notification when a guard is assigned to a dispatched ticket, ensuring timely response.
• Vehicle Route Assigned Alert - Real-time notifications when a vehicle route is assigned, keeping guards aligned with mobile patrol schedules.
• Site Tour Completed Notification - Real-time notification when a site tour is completed by a guard.
• Company Policy and Post Order - Notifications when post orders and Company policies are added and assigned for acknowledgment. 

In addition to the above, several other notification types can be enabled based on your operational needs. All in-app notification preferences can be customized within the Settings of the GuardsPro Mobile App, ensuring guards receive only the most relevant and timely updates.

Log in to the GuardsPro mobile app. From the Home screen, tap on the Activity icon.

The list of latest activities will be displayed.

On clicking a particular activity, it will display that particular activity details in the next page.

With the Activity feature, stay connected, informed, and responsive, contributing to smoother operations and improved accountability on the field.
