GuardsPro Parking Manager provides real-time insights and flexibility in managing vehicles assigned to parking lots. Guards can easily report on-site incidents using the mobile app, allowing admins or managers to review them through the back-office dashboard.
To get started, Log into the GuardsPro app and select the Post Site option next to the Home screen.
Choose the assigned post site and click Check-In. Once checked in, navigate to Parking Manager.
On the next screen, go to the Incidents tab.
Tap the plus (+) icon at the bottom of the screen to create a new incident.
Enter the required details to add new Incidents for the site. Tap Submit to save the incident or select Submit & Print Citation to generate a printed report.
This process ensures accurate reporting and efficient incident management within the GuardsPro system.
