How to view post site contacts in the Guard Mobile App?

The Contacts feature in the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App allows guards to view the contact information of key personnel associated with their assigned post site, such as a property manager, supervisor, or site manager.

Guards can use the available contact information to communicate with the appropriate person when needed, including during an emergency or for site-related assistance.

Important: The Contacts option is available only when it has been enabled by an admin or manager from the Back Office Dashboard. 

📌 Prerequisites

Before viewing post site contacts, make sure:

• You are assigned to a post site.

• You have Clocked In and Checked in to the post site.

• The Contacts feature has been enabled and added by your admin or manager.

✅ Follow the steps below to view post site contacts details in the Guard Mobile App.

Step 1. Open the Post Site

Log in to the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App.

From the Home screen, tap Post Site.

Select the post site where you are currently working and check in to the post site.

2. Open Security Team

After checking in, scroll down on the Post Site screen and tap the Contact icon.

Step 3: View Available Contacts

The Contact section displays the information of key personnel associated with the respective check in post site.

Tap the name of the contact you want to view. The available contact details will be displayed.

📝  Note: By clicking on the available email, phone number, or message details, the page will redirect to your device’s default application, allowing you to directly send a message or make a call to the respective contact.

💡 Important Notes

• The Contacts option is available only when enabled or added by an admin or manager.

• The contacts shown may vary depending on the selected post site.

• You must be checked in to the post site to access the Contacts section.

• Contact options such as email, phone, or messaging are available only when the corresponding information has been provided and enabled.

• Tapping an email address, phone number, or message option may open the corresponding default application on your mobile device.
