How to change app language in the Guard Mobile App?

The GuardsPro Guard Mobile App supports multiple languages, making it easier for guards and teams to use the app in their preferred language.

Currently, the app is available in:

• 🇺🇸 English

• 🇫🇷 French

• 🇪🇸 Spanish

• 🇮🇳 Hindi

Using the app in a preferred language can make navigation easier, improve understanding, reduce errors, and help guards complete their daily tasks with greater confidence.

Prerequisites

Before changing the app language, make sure:

• You have the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App installed on your device.

• You are registered with Guard Mobile app and join your employer.

✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to update the guard mobile app language:

Step 1. Open the Main Menu

1. Open the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App and log in using your registered credentials.

2. From the home page, tap the three-line menu (☰) in the top-left corner.

Step 2. Open Settings

From the menu, tap Settings.

Step 3. Select Language

In Settings, tap Language.

Step 4. Choose Your Preferred Language

You can select your preferred language from the available language options in the GuardsPro Guard App.

1. The Recent section displays the language currently selected for the app.
2. To select a different language, tap All Languages.
3. Choose your preferred language from the available options:
   • English
   • French
   • Spanish
   • Hindi
4. Once selected, the app will display the selected language.

The app will update immediately, and the menus, navigation, and available features will be displayed in the selected language.

Important Notes

• Only the languages currently supported by the GuardsPro Guard App can be selected.

• Changing the app language does not translate or modify user-generated or account-specific content, such as:

• Custom report fields
• Post site names
• Support Center articles
• Other account-specific information

The selected language applies only to the app’s supported interface elements..
