Welcome to the GuardsPro Admin App!
The Admin App helps administrators and supervisors monitor and manage security operations directly from their mobile devices. You can quickly view guard activities, monitor check-ins and check-outs, review reports, track incidents, and stay updated on daily operations while on the go.
💡 Note: The features and information available in the app may vary based on your assigned user permissions.
✅ Before getting started, make sure:
You have an active GuardsPro account with access to the Back Office Dashboard.
Your administrator or supervisor profile has been created and configured.
The GuardsPro Admin Mobile App is installed on your mobile device.
You have your GuardsPro login credentials available.
Your login credentials are the same credentials you use to access the GuardsPro Dashboard through a web browser.
✅ Step-by-Step Guide to set up and use the GuardsPro Admin App
📥 Step 1: Download and Install the App
Download and install the GuardsPro Admin Mobile App from the Google Play Store for Android devices or the Apple App Store for iOS devices.
Once installed, open the app to get started.
🔐 Step 2: Log In to the Admin App
- Open the GuardsPro Admin Mobile App.
- Enter your registered administrator or back-office user credentials.
- Tap Log In.
- After successful login, you will be directed to the Home screen.
💡 Tip: Use the same username and password that you use to log in to the GuardsPro Dashboard from a web browser.
🏠 Step 3: Explore the Home Screen
The Home screen provides a quick overview of your security operations.
Depending on your assigned permissions, you may see:
👥 Workforce Overview
View key information such as:
- Total Clients
- Total Post Sites
- Active Security Guards
- Back Office Users
- Checked In and Clocked In for the day
📍 Live Tracker
Monitor guards' real-time locations on a map and view active guards who are currently on duty.
You can also switch between available map views and zoom in or out for better visibility.
⏱️ Time Clock
View guards who are currently clocked in, including: Guard name, Clock-in time, Post site, Shift type
Note: Guards are removed from the Time Clock list after they clock out.
📍 Checked-In Guards
View recent guard check-in records, including the guard name, post site, and check-in date and time.
Tap an entry to view more details or select View All to access the complete Check In/Out Report.
🚪 Checked-Out Guards
View guards who have checked out from their assigned post sites along with their checkout details.
🚨 Latest Incidents
View recent incident reports, including the incident date, time, post site, guard name, incident type, and status.
📝 Latest Standard Reports
View recent Hourly and Custom Reports submitted by guards. You can tap a report to view its details or select View All to access additional reports and filters.
🛡️ Latest Site Tours
View recently completed Site Tours, including the post site, guard name, tour details, and scanned or missed tags.
☰ Step 4: Explore the Side Menu
Tap the ☰ Menu icon in the top-left corner to access additional options.
👤 Profile Settings
From your profile settings, you can:
- Update your profile picture.
- Edit your contact information, including your phone number.
- Customize the app's appearance.
- Enable available security features for additional account protection.
🏢 Company & Reports
Depending on your access, you can:
- Select Company – Switch between companies assigned to your user profile.
- Reports – Access and review reports generated within your account.

You can also access:
- Email Support – Contact the GuardsPro Support Team.
- Help Center – Browse guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
- Feedback – Share your suggestions or experience.
- Share App – Share the GuardsPro app with others.

📋 Step 5: Monitor Guard Activities
Tap Activity from the bottom navigation bar to view security activities across your organization.
You can monitor activities such as: Guard check-ins and check-outs, Site Tour activities, Incident reports, Task completion updates, DAR (Daily Activity Report) submissions, Panic Button alerts, Watch Mode activities, Other guard-related events
This gives administrators and supervisors quick visibility into ongoing and recent operational activities.
📊 Step 6: Access and Review Reports
Tap Reports from the bottom navigation bar to access reports generated within your GuardsPro account.
Reports are organized into different categories:
📑 General Reports
Access operational reports such as: Check In/Out Reports, Site Tour Reports, Task Reports, DAR Reports, Vehicle Patrol Reports, Checklist Reports.
📝 Standard Reports
Review predefined or custom reports, including: Hourly Reports, Daily Activity Reports, Maintenance Reports, Other site-specific custom reports.
🚨 Incident Reports
Review security incidents such as: General Incidents, Detailed Incidents, Break-Ins, Custom Incident Reports
📋 Log Reports
Access operational logs such as: Passdown Logs, Watch Mode Logs, Tour Checkpoint Logs, Guard Idle Logs, Panic Button Logs, Geofence Logs, Guard/Device Fall Alert Logs, Post Order Acknowledgments, Documents & Policies Acknowledgments, License Logs
💡 Tip: Use the available report filters to quickly find specific records.
Important Notes & Best Practices
Regularly review the Home screen to stay informed about ongoing operations.
Use report filters to quickly locate specific records.
Keep the app updated to access the latest features and improvements.
Only the features and information available to your user profile will be displayed based on your assigned permissions.
If you have access to multiple companies, use Select Company to switch between them.
Always use Log Out when you are finished using the app on a shared or unsecured device.
