How to register or sign up for the GuardsPro?

Welcome to GuardsPro! Our Back-Office Dashboard is the central hub of GuardsPro, designed specifically for supervisors, admins, and back-office team members. It offers a unified platform to manage guard profiles and activities, automate and streamline shift scheduling, oversee client sites and post operations, review reports and daily activity logs, communicate seamlessly with your field team and clients, and access in-depth analytics to track performance and ensure compliance.

Next, a registration page will open. Simply fill in the required details and create a password for your account. You also have the option to sign up directly using your Google or Microsoft account.

Note: Please be sure to copy or save the password you set for future reference.

Verify Your Email

After signing up, you’ll receive a verification email at your registered address.

• Open your inbox, find the email, and click the link to verify your email address.

• Once verified, you’ll be redirected to the login page.

• Log in using your registered email and password, or select the Google or Microsoft option if you signed up through those accounts.

Quick Setup Page:

After logging in, you will be redirected to the Quick Setup page. Please enter the following company details:

• Company Name

• Company Address

• Company Phone Number

• Company Logo 

Once all details are entered, click Next to continue.




Add Your First Post Site

• Enter the Post Site Name and Address.

• To add more post sites, click on Add More.

• Click Next to proceed.
  
  

   

  Add Your First Security Guard

• Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Mobile Number of your guard(s).

• Choose how you want to invite them (e.g., SMS).

• To add more guards, click Add More.

• Click Next to complete the setup.

  
  
  Add Payment Method:

• Next, add a payment method using one of the available options.

  Note: Please note that once the trial ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid account as per the active user, enabled add-on modules and selected plan. 

  
  

✅ That’s it! Your GuardsPro account is now set up. You can start managing guards, post sites, schedules, reports, and much more from your Back-Office Dashboard.
