How to use the GuardsPro referral program to earn Amazon Gift Cards?

The Referral Program on GuardsPro allows the account owner (Super Admin) to invite other security companies to join GuardsPro and earn a $50 Amazon Gift Card for every successful referral that becomes a paid customer.

Before getting started, ensure the following:

• You are logged in as the Super Admin (Account Owner).

• The referred company signs up using your shared unique referral link.

• The reward is issued only after the referred company upgrades to a paid GuardsPro subscription.

🚀Step 1: Access the Referral Program

• Log in to your Back Office Dashboard account (Super Admin).

• Click on your company name in the top‑right corner of the dashboard.

• Select Referral Program from the drop-down.

📊Step 2: Referral Program Dashboard Overview

The Referral Program dashboard provides a summary of your referral activity.

• Total Sign Ups : Displays the total number of companies that have signed up using your shared referral link.

• Active Referrals : Shows the number of referred companies that are currently active.

• Total Rewards Earned : Displays the total value of Amazon Gift Cards you have earned through successful referrals.

🔗Step 3: Share Your Referral Link

GuardsPro automatically generates a unique referral link for your account. You can invite other security companies using either of the following methods:

Option 1: Copy Link

Click Copy Link and share your referral link using your preferred communication method, such as SMS, WhatsApp, or any other messaging platform.

Option 2: Send Invite via Email

Enter the recipient's email address in the Email Address field and click Send Invite. The recipient will receive an email containing your unique referral link.

Note: Any company that registers using your referral link will automatically be associated with your referral account.

The referral process consists of three simple steps.

1. Share Your Referral Link : Copy and share your unique referral link with another security company.

2. Company Signs Up : The company registers for GuardsPro using your referral link.

3. Earn Your Reward : Once the referred company becomes a paid GuardsPro customer, you will receive a $50 Amazon Gift Card.

📝Note: Rewards are issued only after the referred company successfully becomes a paid customer.

📈Step 5 : Track Your Referrals

The Referrals section allows you to track all of your referrals and monitor their current status.

The referral table provides the following information:

• Name – The name of the referred company.

• Sign Up Date – The date the company registered using your referral link.

• Status – The current subscription status of the referred account, such as Active, Trailing or Canceled.

• Discount – Displays the referral discount applied to the account. This is applicable only for active paid accounts.

• Code – The unique referral code associated with the referral.

You can also use the Search field to quickly locate a specific referral.
