GuardsPro offers a Client Web Portal and Client Mobile App to provide clients with easy access to important information, check guard live tracking through GPS Tracker, Review check post orders, access visitor and vehicle details enter to the post site, ability request shifts, reports related to their post sites and many more. Here's how your clients can benefit from these tools:
Client Web Portal
Getting Started
Step 1. Once the security guard company invites you to the client portal, you will receive an email with a registration link.
- Click the link in the email to navigate to the main registration page.
- Fill out the registration form, including setting your password.
- Make sure to note down the selected password for future reference.
- Once you have registered, log into your account here: https://cp.guardspro.com/login
Step 2. Next, You will be directed to the Dashboard, where you can see:

- Total post sites
- Number of guards assigned to your post sites
- Details of site tours completed by guards in the last 7 days
- Number of incident reports submitted in the last 7 days
- Check-in/out details
- Standard reports submitted by guards
Step 3. Update your profile information.
1. Click on your company name at the top right corner of the dashboard and select Account from the drop-down.
2. Under the Profile tab, you can update your profile details, simply update your profile picture and contact details, and Hit "Save".
Step 4. Customize notification settings to receive updates instantly on the dashboard, via email, or via SMS.
- Click on your Company name at the top right corner of the dashboard.
- Select Account from the drop-down.
- On the Notification tab, you have the option to select the events for which you want to receive the notification either on the dashboard, via email or SMS.
Go ahead and customize the notification and then hit "Save Changes"
To receive notifications via SMS make sure you have added your contact number to the system. Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Profile tab.
- Next, Add your contact number.
- After adding your contact number, you will receive a verification code via SMS. Enter the code in the designated field and click Verify.
And it is done, you've customized the notifications to your Client Web Portal.
Step 5. Manage your user access. Please be informed that only the admin has the option to invite additional users.
1. Click on the menu in the top right corner of the portal and select Account from the drop-down menu.
2. Go to the User Access tab and click on Invite.
3. Invite New Users: On the next screen, enter the name and email ID of the new user. Select the post sites they will manage and click Save.
The invited user will receive an email with a registration link, allowing them to register and log in to access the Client Web Portal.

Step 5. View Schedules and request shifts to guards for special coverage.
You can view guard schedules for your post sites and request new shifts for special coverage when needed.
Viewing Schedules

Click on Scheduler on the main menu. On the schedule, you can see the shifts for the entire month for all the post sites.

You can view the schedule week or day-wise and use the filters to view the schedule for a particular post site.
- Clicking on the shift shows you the shift details - shift start and end time, shift type- standard or vehicle, post site, guard assigned, and the breaks.

Click on Scheduler on the main menu. On the schedule, you can see the shifts for the entire month for all the post sites.
Requesting Special Coverage or New Shifts
To request special coverage or a new shift click on the particular date on the schedule.
On the side panel mention the details- enter the start and end time for the shift, select the post site, mention the number of guards required, add a note if need be, and hit Request Shift.
You can edit the shift request, simply click on Edit Icon, make the required changes and hit Request Shift.
The request shift is highlighted. You’ll be notified when the request is accepted by the security company’s manager and the shift changes to green.

Step 6. View the post orders shared by your security guard company
To view the post orders shared with the guards assigned to your post site, follow these steps on the Client web portal:
- Click on "Post Orders" from the main menu.
- On the next screen, you will see the post orders for your post sites. Click on a post order to view detailed information, including guard's acknowledgments.
Further, you can Check guard live tracking, Check guard tracking history, Access detailed reports of site tours conducted by guards, Access and review incident reports submitted by guards, Check In and Check Out times, View reports submitted by guards regarding vehicle patrols to ensure thorough coverage and monitoring, View Visitors on the Client Web Portal, Check Visits on the web portal and much more.
