The GuardsPro Client Web Portal gives you convenient access to important security information and helps you stay connected with your security operations.
Depending on your account configuration and user permissions, you may be able to monitor guards, view schedules, review Post Orders and Site Tours, access reports and incidents, view visitor and vehicle information, request additional shifts, and more.
Note: The menu options and features available to you may vary depending on the modules enabled for your account and the permissions assigned to your user profile.
Before You Get Started
Make sure:
Your security company has invited you to the Client Web Portal.
You have completed the registration process.
You have the required permissions to access the available features.
โ Follow these simple steps to navigate the GuardsPro Client Web Portal and access your security operations.
๐ Step 1: Register and Log In
When your security company invites you to the Client Web Portal, youโll receive an email invitation with a registration link.
Open the invitation email.
Click the registration link.
Complete the registration form and create your password.
Save your login credentials for future use.
After registration, open the GuardsPro Client Web Portal and log in.
Important Note: Keep your login credentials secure and never share your password with anyone. To access the GuardsPro Client Portal, visit: GuardsPro Client Portal
๐ Step 2: Select a Client
If you have access to multiple client accounts, you can switch between them from your portal.
Log in to the Client Web Portal.
Click your Client Name in the top-right corner.
From the dropdown menu, locate the client account you want to access.
Click the three-dot menu (โฎ) next to the client account.
Select Select to open that clientโs dashboard.
๐ก Note: You can switch between client accounts at any time by following the same steps.
๐ค Step 3: Update Your Profile
Keep your contact information up to date so your security company can reach you when needed.
Click your Company Name in the top-right corner.
Select Account.
Open the Profile tab.
Update your profile picture, contact information, select language as needed.
Click Save.
๐ Step 4: Manage Notification Settings
Customize your notification preferences to choose which events you want to be notified about and where you want to receive notifications.
Click your Company Name in the top-right corner.
Select Account.
Open the Notifications tab.
Select the events you want to receive notifications for.

Choose your preferred notification method, such as:
Dashboard
Email
Click Save Changes.
๐ฅ Step 5: Manage User Access
If youโre a Client Admin, you can invite additional users to the Client Web Portal and control which Post Sites they can access.
Invite a New User
Click your Company Name in the top-right corner.
Select Account.
Go to the User Access tab.
Click Invite.
Enter the userโs Name and Email Address.
Select the Post Sites the user should be able to access.
Click Save.
The invited user will receive an email invitation with a registration link. They can use the link to complete their registration and access the Client Web Portal.
๐ Important: A userโs access to available features and modules depends on the permissions and access levels assigned to your (Client portal Admin) account.
๐ Step 6: Explore the Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a quick overview of your security operations and recent activity.
Depending on your account, you may see:

๐ฎ Guards assigned to your Post Sites
๐ก๏ธ Site Tours completed during the last 7 days
๐จ Incident Reports submitted during the last 7 days
โฑ๏ธ Check-In/Check-Out information
๐ Standard Reports submitted by guards
๐ก Note: Use the Dashboard for a quick overview of recent activity without opening each individual section or report.
๐ Step 7: View and Add Post Orders
You can review Post Orders shared by your security company and, if your permissions allow, add a new Post Order for your location.
View a Post Order
From the main menu, click Post Orders.
Review the Post Orders available for your Post Sites.
Click a Post Order to view its details.
Review the instructions and requirements.
Where available, review the Guard Acknowledgment.
Add a New Post Order
Click New Post Order.
Enter the required information.
Click Save.
๐ก Note: Regularly review Post Orders to stay informed about the instructions and requirements for your Post Sites. Post order can be edited by the back office user only (security company) dashboard.
๐ Step 8: Access Reports
The Reports section provides access to security and operational reports for your Post Sites.
Depending on your account and permissions, reports may include:
General Reports โ Check-In/Check-Out Reports, Site Tour Reports, Task Reports, Daily Activity Reports (DARs), Vehicle Patrol Reports, and Checklist Reports.
Incident Reports โ General Incident Reports, Break-In Reports, and other custom incident reports.
Standard Reports โ Hourly Reports, Maintenance Reports, and other standard or custom operational reports.
Log Reports โ Passdown Logs, Watch Mode Logs, Tour Checkpoint Logs, and other system-generated logs.
๐ Note: The reports available to you depend on the modules enabled for your account and the permissions assigned by your security company. You can only access the information youโre authorized to view.
๐ Step 9: View Schedules and Request Shifts
Use the Scheduler to review guard schedules for your Post Sites and request additional coverage when needed.
Click Scheduler from the main menu.
Review the schedules for your Post Sites.
Use the available calendar views and filters to find specific schedules.
To request additional coverage, select the required date.
Enter the shift details.
Submit the Shift Request.
๐ก Note: Submitted shift requests are sent to the appropriate security company manager for review.
