GuardsPro Quick Start Guide for Client Mobile App

The GuardsPro Client App enables you to monitor your security guard company's performance directly from your mobile device. Stay updated on your post site and collaborate with your security service provider to ensure enhanced security.

Here's how you can get started with the GuardsPro Client App 

Step1. Getting Started

1. Download the App

• Download the "GuardsPro Client App" from the App Store or Play Store
• 

2. Login:

• Open the app and log in using the same credentials created for the Client Web Portal.

3. Select Security Guard Company:

1. • Select the security guard company and confirm to go to the post sites.

4. View Details:

1. • Select the post site you want to view security operation details for.

5. Access Information:

1. • View live maps of the post site, reports, tracking history, site tours, and more.

Step 2. Next, You can manage your app notifications

Follow the simple steps below to manage notifications on the GuardsPro Client App:

• Open the app and select the company you want to manage notifications for and confirm.

• Now, tap the menu on the top-left corner of the mobile app and select Settings from options available.

• Next, tap on Notification Settings.

• Tap on the pen icon on the top-right corner, then select or unselect the notifications as you want, and save the changes.

Step 3. Update your profile

Follow the simple steps below to edit profile on GuardsPro Client App:

• Open the app, select the company, and confirm it.

• Now, tap on the menu available on the left hand corner of the app and tap on the drop down icon next to the company name to update your profile.

 

• To make changes, first tap on the pen icon on the right hand corner of the app.

• You can now update your image, remove it, change your name, email id, or even your phone number. Once you are done, you can save the changes and that's it.

Step 4. Next, Select Post site to get all the insights of your post site. 

GuardsPro Client App allows you to receive all the insights of your post site. You can view live maps of the post sites, reports, site tours, and much more. 

• Open the app and log in using login the Client Web Portal credentials.
  
  

• Now, select and confirm the company from this page and you will be taken to the post sites

• Select the post site you want to view and confirm.

Step 5. Further, you can check reports on the Client Mobile App

 The Client App's report feature enables you to check and export numerous reports on the go. 

Follow the simple steps to check the reports on the app.

• Select the post site for which you want to check the reports for on the app and confirm

 

• On this very next page you’ll find Reports right under the map. Tap on it to view all the reports shared by the security guards for the current day.

 

• To find a particular report for a particular day, tap the icon on the top right corner of the app to select filter - Date and/or Report Type.

 

• Next, tap on the report you want to view the details of and email it by tapping on the three dots on the right hand corner of the app

Step 6. Check post orders on the GuardsPro Client App

Using the Client App, you can also view the post orders shared by the security guard company with the guards assigned to your post site.

Simply follow these simple steps to check Post Orders on the app:

• Select the post site for which you want to view post orders on the app and confirm.

• On this very next page you’ll find a section below the map with Reports, Site Tours, etc. Swipe this section to get to the next screen. Here, you’ll find Post Orders. Please tap on it.

• Next, you will be taken to a page where you’ll be able to view Post Orders that were recently shared by the security guards.

• To view the details enclosed in the Post Orders, tap on the one you want to view. (Image 411)

Step 7. View tracking history on GuardsPro Client App

Guardspro Client app will help you to know how patrols are executed, and by whom, tracking GPS history of the security guards.

Simply follow these simple steps to check the tracking history details:

• Select the post site for which you want to check the tracking history for on the app and confirm

• On this very next page you’ll find Tracking History right under the map next to Reports. Please, tap on it.
  
  

• Next, select the date and choose a guard to view the details hassle-free.

 

Further, you can View Site tours conducted by the guards on your post site, Check DAR submitted by the guards, View check In/Out details, Check passdown logs, Reset your password, and much more. 

 

That’s it, you are ready to go with the client's mobile app.
