How to leave the company on the Guard Mobile App?

The GuardsPro Mobile App allows guards to be associated with multiple companies using a single account. If you are no longer working with a company or were added to the wrong organization, you can leave the company directly from the app.

Leaving a company removes your association with that company without deleting your GuardsPro account or affecting your access to other companies linked to your account.

📋 Prerequisites

Before leaving a company, make sure:

• You have the GuardsPro Mobile App installed on your device.

• You are logged in to your GuardsPro guard account.

• The company you want to leave is linked to your account.

• You no longer need access to the selected company.

⚠️ Important: If you are unsure whether you should leave the company, confirm with your administrator or supervisor before proceeding.

✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to leave your employer company on the Guard Mobile App:

Step 1: Open the Company Selection Screen

1. Open the GuardsPro Mobile App and log in to your guard account.

2. On the Company Selection screen, locate the company you want to leave.

3. Tap the ⓘ (Information) icon next to the company name.

Step 2: Leave the Company

1. The Company Details screen will open.

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

3. Tap Leave Company.

4. When prompted, confirm that you want to leave the company.

Important Notes : Once you confirm, you will be removed from the selected company. The company will no longer appear in your Company Selection list, while your GuardsPro account and any other linked companies will remain available.
