How can the notes functionality be used in Mobile App?

The Notes feature in the GuardsPro mobile application allows security guards to record and make note of important on-site observations or updates that have to be communicated with the admin or back-office users or can use it for their own reference.

The notes can include text, and also support attachments such as:

• Audio recordings for verbal explanations or real-time incident reporting
• Images for visual evidence or documentation of the site conditions
• Video files to provide a comprehensive view of events or situations

By allowing guards to document events comprehensively and efficiently, the Notes feature strengthens accountability, improves operational transparency, and supports effective decision-making.

✅Here's a step by step instruction on how the notes functionality can be used via Mobile App:

Log in to the GuardsPro mobile app. From the Home screen, tap on the Notes icon.

You can add a new note by clicking the new note button below.

Next, while adding a new note, type in the title and description.

If there’s an audio, video or image that has to be attached, that can be done by clicking the + icon.

To edit or delete the notes, the guard needs to select the respective note, and from the three dots on the top right corner, there are options to edit or delete the note.
