How to update guard profile on the Guard Mobile App?

The Guard Profile feature in the GuardsPro guard mobile app makes it easy for guards to update and manage their personal information, emergency contact details, and skills right from their phone. Keeping your profile up to date helps ensure that your records are accurate and makes communication with your security company smoother.

To get started, make sure you’re logged into the GuardsPro guard mobile app and that you're using the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. It’s also helpful to have your contact and emergency information ready before updating.

📲 step-by-step instructions

To update your profile, tap the three-line menu (☰) at the top-left corner of the screen. 

Then, tap your name or email at the top to open your profile.
 

Tap the pencil icon or Edit button to make changes. 
 

You can update your full name, email address, phone number, emergency contact name and number, relationship, and a short bio (optional).

To change your photo, just tap the camera icon on your profile image. Once you've made all the necessary updates, scroll down and tap the Update button to save your changes.

Here are a few tips: Make sure your emergency contact number is correct and reachable, and it's okay to leave the bio section blank if you prefer. Keep in mind that only verified email addresses and phone numbers will sync with the back-office system.
