The Guard Profile feature in the GuardsPro guard mobile app makes it easy for guards to update and manage their personal information, emergency contact details, and skills right from their phone. Keeping your profile up to date helps ensure that your records are accurate and makes communication with your security company smoother.
✅ Step-by-Step Guide to update the guard profile on the Guard Mobile App:
To get started, firstly log in to the Guard Mobile App. Then, select your employer company by clicking the radio button next to its name to proceed with updating your profile.
Note: Profile details and settings will only be accessible once a company has been selected.
Confirm the company by clicking on "Yes" on the prompt.
Next, to update your profile, tap the three-line menu (☰) at the top-left corner of the screen.
Then, tap your name or email at the top to open your profile.
Tap the pencil icon or Edit button to make changes.
You can update your full name, email address, phone number, emergency contact name and number, relationship, and a short bio (optional).
To update your photo, tap the camera icon on your profile picture. After making all necessary changes, scroll down and tap Update to save them
Important Tips:
📞 Emergency Contact: Ensure your emergency contact number is correct and reachable.
✏️ Bio Section: It’s optional—you may leave it blank if you prefer.
📧📱 Verified Info: Only verified email addresses and phone numbers will sync with the Back-Office system.
