How to add/update a license on the Guards Mobile App?

The license management feature on the GuardsPro mobile app enables security guards to easily upload and update their professional licenses on the go. This helps maintain compliance, ensures smooth operations, and gives admins easy access to current credentials in real-time.

By keeping your license details up to date, you improve transparency and maintain trust with your security team and clients.

You must be logged into your GuardsPro mobile app account with valid credentials.

📲 Follow the steps below to add or update your license using the GuardsPro mobile app.

Open the Guardspro mobile app

Log in to your account and tap on the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner of the screen, navigate to Settings.

Tap on ‘Manage License’ under the account section.

Tap on "Add New License." 



Enter the license details.

🔘 License type

🔢 License number

📅 License expiration date

📤 Upload front and back side images of the license

Tap on save to complete the process.
 

✏️ To edit or update an existing license, if your license is already added:

Tap on the existing license to view details.

Tap edit, make the required updates.

Tap save again.

💡 Additional tips or notes:

• Make sure the license images are clear and readable
• The file size for each image should not exceed 10MB
• You can manage multiple license types by tapping Add New License again
