The Visitor feature in the GuardsPro mobile app enables security guards to efficiently log and track visitor entries at client sites. All visitor records are securely stored in the cloud and can be accessed by admins or managers through the back-office dashboard, ensuring seamless and centralized visitor management.
Guards can easily manage visitor check-in and check-out entries for specific post sites using the Visitor Manager by following these steps:
Once logged into the app, select the Post Site option next to the Home screen.
After checking into the post site, scroll down and tap on the Visitors icon.
On the next screen, you’ll see a list of previously added visitors. Simply tap on a visitor to check them in.
Note: You can also add new visitors or view and update existing profiles by tapping the plus (+) icon at the bottom of the screen.
Next, tap on a visitor’s name to view their details. On this screen, you can check them in directly.
To check in a visitor, simply tap their name, then tap the Check In button at the bottom of the screen.
To check out a visitor, follow the same steps—select the visitor and tap the Check Out button.
Tap on the Visitor’s Name to view their full profile, including:

Email

ID number

Visitor label : Tenant or Visitor

The guard can easily check in the visitor by tapping the Check In button at the bottom of the screen.
Additional Actions Available on the Visitor Profile:

View Visit Logs: Review the visitor’s check-in and check-out history.

View Vehicle Profile: If a vehicle is linked to the visitor, you can view its details. You can also add a new vehicle directly from this screen.

Add Notes: Include any relevant observations or information related to the visitor.
