The Visitor feature in the GuardsPro Mobile app allows security guards to efficiently log and track visitor entries at the client sites. These records are securely stored in the cloud and can be accessed by admins or managers via the back-office dashboard, ensuring streamlined visitor management.
Guards can easily access visitor profiles in the Visitor Manager by following these steps:
Once logged into the app, select the Post Site option next to the Home screen.
After checking into the post site, scroll down and tap on the Visitors icon.
On the next screen, a list of previously added visitors will appear. Select a visitor to view or update their details.
To add a new visitor, tap the plus (+) icon at the bottom of the screen.
Tap on a visitor’s name to view their profile, which includes details such as their phone number, email, and ID number. If available, their visit history will also be displayed.
The guard can easily check in the visitor by tapping the Check In button at the bottom of the screen.
The visitor’s profile screen also includes their visit log, vehicle profile, and any notes added.
By tapping the three-dot menu at the top, the guard can Edit the visitor’s profile, Flag or unflag the visitor, Delete the visitor record or Print visitor details and that's it.
