The Parking Manager feature in the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App allows guards to manage parking-related activities and report incidents directly from their assigned post site. Guards can record incident details while on-site and, when required, generate and print a citation.
Authorized Admins and Managers can review submitted incident records through the Back-Office Dashboard (BOD), helping maintain accurate and centralized parking records.
📌 Prerequisites
Before reporting an incident in Parking Manager, make sure:
You are logged in to the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App.
You are assigned to the required Post Site.
You have successfully checked in to the Post Site.
Parking Manager is enabled for your account.
The required parking area and parking lot are assigned to the Post Site.
The required vehicle has been added to Parking Manager.
📌 Note: Make sure the required parking lot and vehicle information is available before creating an incident.
✅ Follow the steps below to submit and print an incident report for the parking manager using Guards Mobile App.
Step 1. Navigate to Parking Manager
Log in to the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App.
Tap Post Site from the home screen.
Select your assigned post site.
Tap Check-In.
Once you are checked in, navigate to Parking Manager.
Step 2. Open the Incidents Tab
After opening Parking Manager, the available options will be displayed, including:
Parking Areas
Parking Lots
Vehicles
Incidents
Contacts
Each option displays a count indicating the number of records available for that feature.
Select Incidents to view existing incidents or add a new incident.
Step 3. Add a New Incident
Review the existing incidents listed in Parking Manager.
To create a new incident, tap Add Incident at the bottom of the screen.
Enter the required information for the incident.
Review the information to make sure all details are accurate.
Step 4. Add Incident Details
Select the required Incident Details, including:
Vehicle
Parking Lot
Incident
Review the entered information to ensure all details are accurate.
After completing the required fields, select one of the following options:
Submit – Saves the incident without printing a citation.
Submit & Print Citation – Saves the incident and generates a printable citation.
Select the appropriate option based on your reporting requirements.
📌 Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed before the incident can be submitted.
Once submitted, the new incident will be added to the Incidents list in Parking Manager.
Step 5. Print an Incident
You can print a submitted incident directly from its details.
Select the incident you want to print to open its detailed information.
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Select Print to generate a printed copy of the submitted incident report.
📌 Note: Only submitted incidents can be printed. The printed report includes the incident description, vehicle details, and the guard's name in the Issued By section.
⚠️ Important Notes
Make sure you are checked in to the correct Post Site before accessing Parking Manager.
Enter all required incident information accurately before submitting the report.
Use Submit & Print Citation when a printed citation is required.
Submitted incidents can be reviewed by authorized Admins and Managers through the Back-Office Dashboard.
Submitted incidents cannot be deleted from the Guard Mobile App. They can only be managed by an authorized Admin or Manager through the Back-Office Dashboard (BOD).
Available fields and options may vary depending on your company's Parking Manager configuration.
