When an Admin or Manager assigns a regular shift to you, the shift will appear under Unconfirmed Shifts in the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App. You can review the shift details and confirm it directly from the app.
Confirming your assigned shift lets your Admin or Manager know that you have reviewed the schedule and acknowledge your availability for the shift.
📌 Prerequisites
Before confirming or requesting a shift, make sure:
- You have an active account in the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App.
- You are logged in to the mobile app.
- The relevant post site is assigned to you for the open shift.
- For a regular shift, a shift has been assigned to you by your Admin or Manager.
✅ Follow the steps below to confirm regular shifts in the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App.
Step 1: Open Your Schedule
- Log in to the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App.
- From the Home screen, tap Schedule.
Once your Admin or Manager assigns a shift to you, it will appear under Unconfirmed Shifts until you review and confirm it.
Step 2: Open Unconfirmed Shifts
- On the Schedule screen, you will see different options, including Confirmed Shifts, Unconfirmed Shifts, Open Shifts, Exchange Shift, Time Off, Time Logs, Time Cards, Payroll, and Availability.
- Tap Unconfirmed Shifts to view the shifts that have been assigned to you and are awaiting confirmation.
Step 3: Review and Confirm the Shift
- You will see a list of shifts that have been assigned to you and are awaiting confirmation.
- Tap the shift you would like to review.
- Review the shift details, including the date, time, and post/site.
- If the details are correct, tap Confirm to acknowledge the shift.
Once confirmed, the shift will move to the Confirmed Shifts section.
Step 4: View Your Confirmed Shift
Once you confirm your assigned shift from Unconfirmed Shifts section, it will move to the Confirmed Shifts section of the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App.
Open Confirmed Shifts to review your confirmed shift details, including:
- Shift number
- Post/site name
- Shift date
- Start and end time
- Total shift hours
- Breaks
- Shift status
The shift will display the Confirmed status once it has been successfully confirmed.
Important Notes
Regular Shifts: Review and confirm all shifts assigned to you from the Unconfirmed Shifts section.
Always review the shift date, start and end time, and post/site before confirming a shift.
Once a shift is confirmed, make sure it appears under Confirmed Shifts.
Before starting your shift, review the Confirmed Shifts section to verify the scheduled date, time, and post/site.
When you are ready to start work, clock in from the assigned shift and clock out from the same shift to ensure your working hours are accurately recorded.
