In GuardsPro, each client can have one or multiple post sites, which represent the physical locations where guards are deployed. For instance, a department store chain like Home Depot may operate several branches across a city or state, with each branch treated as a separate post site.
Post sites are crucial as they enable admins to create post orders, assign guards, schedule site tours, manage tasks, add notes, and more — all tailored to each location. Adding single or multiple post sites is straightforward and ensures efficient management of your client’s security operations.
✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to add a post site on the Back Office Dashboard:
🛠 Step 1: Navigate to Post Sites
Click on Clients in the main menu on the dashboard.
Select Post Sites from the drop‑down.
On the next page, you’ll see the list of all existing post sites.
Click on the New Post Site button.
⚙️ Step 2: Fill Out the New Post Site Form
Select the client to which this post site will belong.
Complete all required fields one by one with accurate information.
Remember: the details you add here will help you quickly reference the site in the future.
Once done, click on the Submit button.
👉 Please ensure you fill in all details marked with an asterisk ()*, as these are mandatory fields and must be completed to proceed.
The post site will now be successfully created and added to the list.
🎯 That’s it! With GuardsPro, adding post sites is quick and straightforward. By setting them up correctly, you can efficiently manage guard assignments, site-tours, tasks, and client‑specific operations across multiple locations.
