In GuardsPro, each client can have one or multiple post sites, which represent the physical locations where guards are deployed. Post sites are essential because they allow admins to create post orders, assign guards, schedule site tours, manage tasks, add notes, and much more — all tailored to each location.
Over time, you may need to update or modify post site details to keep information accurate and relevant. GuardsPro’s Back Office Dashboard makes this process simple, ensuring smooth management of your client’s security operations.
✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to edit post site details on the Back Office Dashboard:
🧭 Step 1: Navigate to Post Sites
- Click on the Clients tab in the main menu.
- Select Post Sites from the dropdown.
- Choose the post site you want to edit.
📂 Step 2: Open the Profile Tab
- Under the Profile tab, you’ll find all the previously added details of the post site.
- Review the information carefully before making changes.
- At the bottom of the tab, you’ll see the Edit option — click this first to edit the details as needed.
✏️ Step 3: Edit Post Site Details
- Update the required fields such as post site name, client details, address, or any other information that needs modification.
- Ensure all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk ()* are filled in correctly.
- Please note that the Client Name field is non‑editable and cannot be changed once the post site has been created.
💾 Step 4: Save Changes
- Once you’ve made the necessary updates, click on the Update button.
- The changes will be saved and reflected immediately in the post site profile.
