In GuardsPro, each client can have one or multiple post sites, representing the physical locations where guards are deployed. Over time, some post sites may become inactive or no longer required.
To keep your dashboard organized, GuardsPro provides the option to archive or permanently remove post sites in just a few quick steps. Archiving allows you to temporarily hide a post site while keeping the data intact, whereas removing deletes it permanently and the data associated with it.
✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to remove or archive post sites from the Back Office Dashboard:
🧭 Step 1: Navigate to Post Sites
- Click on the Clients tab in the main menu.
- Select Post Sites from the dropdown.
- You will see a list of all post sites added to the system.
📂 Step 2: Archive a Post Site
- Locate the post site you want to archive.
- Click on the three‑dot icon next to the post site.
- Select Archive and confirm the action.
👁️ Step 3: View Archived Post Sites
- Click on Filters at the top of the Post Sites page.
- Under the Status section, choose Archived and click Submit.
- This will display the list of archived post sites.
🛠 Step 4: Manage Archived Post Sites
- From the archived list, click on the three‑dot icon next to the post site.
- Select the appropriate option and confirm:
- Delete – Permanently remove the post site from the system.
- Restore – Reactivate the post site and move it back to the active list.
🎯 That’s it! With GuardsPro, archiving or removing post sites is quick and efficient. Archiving helps you manage inactive sites without losing data, while deleting ensures permanent removal. By using these options, admins can keep the Back Office Dashboard clean, organized, and up to date.
