This helps you stay on top of urgent updates, take timely action, and tailor alerts to your role. All changes made in the web portal are automatically synced with the GuardsPro Mobile App for consistent preferences across platforms.

To get started, log in to the GuardsPro Guard Web Portal
Next, click on your Company Name in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Account from the dropdown menu.
Now navigate to the Notifications tab. You have the option to receive notifications on the dashboard, via email, or via SMS. Just select all the events you’d like the notifications for under your preferred medium and hit Save Changes.
You can turn the notification on and off by following the same steps..
For SMS notifications, ensure that the SMS Engine module has been activated by your admin or manager from the Back Office Dashboard, and that your contact number is added to your profile.
