The GuardsPro Web Portal makes it easy to manage guard profiles and keep information accurate and up to date. In just a few clicks, you can edit personal details, emergency contacts, and skills directly from your web browser. Regularly updating your profile ensures accurate records and seamless communication with your security company.
✅ Step-by-Step Instructions for Updating Your Profile in the Guard Web Portal
To get started, log in to the GuardsPro Guard Web Portal.
Next, click on your Company Name in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Account from the dropdown menu.
Then, click on Profile and then on edit on the right-hand side beside general information.
You can update your full name, email address, phone number, emergency contact name and number, relationship, and a short bio (optional).
To change your photo, just tap the camera icon on your profile image and upload the file. Once you've made all the necessary updates, scroll down and tap the Update button to save your changes.
ℹ️ Important Tips
Ensure your emergency contact number is correct and reachable.
The bio section is optional—feel free to leave it blank.
Only verified email addresses and phone numbers will sync with the back-office system.

All updates will also reflect in your GuardsPro Mobile App.
That’s it—your profile is now updated! From the same menu , you can also manage your license, change your portal language, and set notification priorities.
Note: Licenses can also be added or updated directly through the GuardsPro Mobile App for your convenience.
