The GuardsPro Guard Web Portal now offers multilingual support, making the platform more accessible and user-friendly for teams across different regions. With this feature, the guards can easily switch the portal interface to their preferred language, creating a smoother and more personalized experience. The Guard web portal is currently available in English, French, Spanish, and Hindi.
When you update your language preference, the entire portal interface—including menus, buttons, labels, and navigation—will automatically adapt to the selected language.
This enhancement allows guards to navigate, report, and perform tasks in the language they’re most comfortable with. It not only improves clarity and reduces errors but also simplifies training, enhances efficiency, and builds confidence in daily operations.
Note: Language selection applies only to your individual account, so each user can set their own preference. Reports, notes, or custom entries will remain in the language in which they were originally created.
✅ Step-by-Step Guide to Changing Your Guard Web Portal Language
Click on your Company Name in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Account from the dropdown menu.
Next, navigate to the Language option and choose your preferred portal language from the list. Once selected, click Submit to save your changes.
Your portal interface will now appear in the language you selected.
