Managing your schedule is easier with the GuardsPro Guard Web Portal. The Availability feature lets you set your working hours online, ensuring you’re only scheduled when you’re available. This prevents scheduling conflicts, improves communication with supervisors, and gives you more control over your time.
Whether you work full-time or part-time, you can set or update your preferred hours anytime. This helps supervisors build accurate shift rosters, provides better visibility, and reduces miscommunication or missed shifts.
✅Step-by-step guide to setting your availability on the Guard Web Portal:
To get started, log in to the Guard Web Portal.
From the main menu, select the Availability option. On the same screen, you’ll see a weekly view of all seven days (Monday through Sunday), with dropdowns and time fields to set your availability for each day.
Set Your Availability for each day:
-
Use the Availability dropdown to select Yes or No.
-
If Yes, enter your Start Time and End Time.
Example: If you’re available on Monday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, set those times accordingly. This indicates that you are available to be scheduled anytime between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM on that day.
Once you've updated your schedule, be sure to click the "Save" button (typically located at the bottom of the screen)
⚡ Pro Tip: You can quickly scroll through the days and set up a full week’s availability in just a few clicks.
Your availability will now be reflected in the system and will be visible to your supervisor when scheduling shifts. Similarly, you can also set your availability directly through the mobile app.
⚠️ Important Notes
You can update your availability at any time. Once you make changes, a request will be sent to the admin for approval on their dashboard account. The status will appear as “Pending” on your end until it’s accepted or rejected.
Leaving a day as “No” means you're not available for any shift that day.
