The License Management feature on the GuardsPro web portal gives security guards a simple and reliable way to manage their professional licenses online. Through the web browser, guards can upload new licenses, update existing details, and view all active and expired licenses in one place.

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions to Manage Licenses in the Guard Web Portal
To get started, log in to the GuardsPro Guard Web Portal
Next, click on your Company Name in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Account from the dropdown menu.
Then, click on Manage License and select the New License tab to add a license.
Enter the license details in the pop-up screen:
🔘 License type
🔢 License number
📅 License expiration date
📤 Upload clear front and back images of the license
Click Save to complete the process.
✏️ Editing or Updating an Existing License
Tap on the existing license to view details.
Next, select the license you want to edit, then click on the three dots and choose either Edit or Delete
💡 Additional Notes
Make sure the license images are clear and readable.
The file size for each image should not exceed 10MB.
You can manage multiple license types by tapping Add New License again.
Additionally, if a license is updated by an admin or manager from the Back Office dashboard, the Edit and Delete options will no longer be available.
