How to start watch mode on the Mobile App?

The Watch Mode feature on the guards mobile app allows security guards to upload essential media files—such as photos, videos, and audio recordings—directly from the location they are assigned to monitor. 

This feature enables guards to document incidents, observations, or routine checks in real-time, enhancing transparency, accountability, and communication between the field and the security management team.

✅Here's a step-by-step instruction to start watch mode via Mobile App

Log in to the GuardsPro mobile app. From the Home screen, tap on the Watch Mode icon.



A list of previously created watch mode entries is available. To start a new entry, tap on the “New Watch Mode” button at the bottom of the screen.

It will list out the options available, that is:

• Audio
• Video
• Image

If needed, you can cancel and return to the previous screen at any time.

Note: Once a Watch Mode log is submitted via the mobile app, it cannot be edited or deleted from the app. Any changes or removals must be done by a manager or admin through the back-office dashboard.
