How to use Messenger on the Guard Web Portal?

The Messenger feature in the Guard Web Portal is a secure, real-time communication tool designed to streamline coordination between guards, supervisors, and administrators. 

It enables instant messaging across teams, ensuring efficient information sharing and faster response times during security operations.

Use Case : A security company operates across multiple client sites with guards deployed in the field. The dispatcher or supervisor at the office needs a reliable way to communicate with on-duty guards to share updates, respond to incidents, and coordinate shifts without relying on external tools like text messages or calls.

✅Here’s a step by step instruction on how to use Messenger on the Guard Web portal:

In Guards web portal, on the dashboard, do select Messenger in the main menu.

On clicking the Add New button, there are two options on the drop down menu.

On selecting new message, you can send messages to a specific guard, or members of a post site.

On selecting new group, you can send messages to more than one guard or admin.
