To view assigned checklist, click on the checklist tab on the dashboard.
Note : The guard needs to be clocked in and checked in to the respective post site in order to view the assigned checklist.
These checklists can include tasks such as:
- Performing routine patrols
- Locking/unlocking doors
- Checking fire extinguishers
- Reporting unusual activities
- Verifying visitor logs
Once a checklist is assigned, guards receive it in real time through the GuardsPro mobile app, ensuring they know exactly what’s expected during their shift. As guards complete tasks, they can mark them off in the app, and supervisors can monitor progress in the Web Portal.
