How to add a reminder for guards from the Back-Office Dashboard?

The Reminder feature in GuardsPro is designed to help guards stay on top of their assigned tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups. Back-office users can easily schedule automated reminders through the dashboard to ensure guards are notified of important actions. Whether it's a shift confirmation, license renewal, report submission, or any other operational requirement, this feature helps prevent anything from being missed.

Reminders are delivered directly to the GuardsPro mobile app, keeping guards informed, organized, and on track.

Please follow the step-by-step guide to create a reminder for the guard:

First, navigate to the "Security Team" section. Under it, select "Security Guards." In the Security Guards section, you’ll see a list of all guards. From there, choose the guard for whom you want to create a reminder.

Next, in the submenu, click on "Reminders." Then, select "Add Reminder" to create a new one.

After clicking on "Add Reminder," fill in all the necessary details such as the title, description, selected date, time, and any other required information. Once completed, click the "Save" button located at the bottom of the screen.

Note : Please ensure the selected date to be a future date so the guard receives a timely reminder for their scheduled task, shifts check-ins, license renewal, report submission, or any other operational requirement.
