The "Device/Guard Fall Alert" notification in the GuardsPro system is a safety feature designed to detect and notify administrators when a guard experiences a sudden fall or impact while on duty. This alert is generated through the GuardsPro Mobile App, which utilizes the device's built-in sensors to monitor for such incidents.
✅ Step-by-Step guide to receive alerts when a guard's device detects a fall.
Once logged in to your dashboard account, navigate to the top-right corner, click on your company name, and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu
Next, from the sub-menu, click on Notifications.
Scroll down through the Notification Types list until you find Guard/Device Fall.
Check the boxes for where you’d like to receive this alert:

Dashboard: An alert will appear under the bell icon on your GuardsPro back office dashboard account.

Email or SMS (if enabled): You will receive alerts through these channels.
Note : To receive SMS notifications, the SMS Engine module must be activated for your account, and a valid phone number must be added to your profile.
After selecting your preferences, click the Save Changes button at the bottom right to apply the update.

This will ensure you are promptly notified if a guard's device detects a fall event, enhancing real-time safety monitoring and That's it.
👉 Note :
When a client enables the fall alert notification from their Back Office Dashboard, it is activated only for their own visibility and not for the entire team. This allows clients to receive alerts relevant to them without affecting global alert settings across the dashboard.
